What we’re building and why we’re building it.

Every month, millions of people use America’s Rewards App, earning rewards for buying brands they love – and a whole lot more. Whether shopping in the grocery aisle, grabbing a bite at the drive-through or playing a favorite mobile game, Fetch empowers consumers to live rewarded throughout their day. To date, we’ve delivered more than $1 billion in rewards and earned more than 5 million five-star reviews from happy users.

It’s not just our users who believe in Fetch: with investments from SoftBank, Univision, and Hamilton Lane, and partnerships ranging from challenger brands to Fortune 500 companies, Fetch is reshaping how brands and consumers connect in the marketplace. When you work at Fetch, you play a vital role in a platform that drives brand loyalty and creates lifelong consumers with the power of Fetch points. User and partner success are at the heart of everything we do, and we extend that same commitment to our employees.

Ranked as one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes for two years in a row, Fetch fosters a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and innovation. We encourage our employees to challenge ideas, think bigger, and always bring the fun to Fetch.

Fetch is an equal employment opportunity employer.

The Fetch Product Design team is responsible for the entirety of design within the Fetch enterprise and internal application—from user experience design to creative direction and production. Our goal is to deliver a fun experience that our shoppers (and partners) love and can’t live without.

Fetch is looking for experienced Lead Product Designers to join our team. You will be working within a focused, balanced team; it is your responsibility to lead efforts which measurably improve people’s lives. You will guide our team’s culture through mentorship and thought leadership. You will help Fetch level-up by infusing user-centered practices across the organization.

Product designers at Fetch must be…

  • Risk-takers. You’ve got ample room to fail and no time to play it safe.
  • Endlessly curious. You never hesitate to ask “why” and tirelessly seek out innovative solutions.
  • Expert collaborators. You are equally comfortable working side-by-side with executive stakeholders, teammates, and non-technical colleagues as you are with your fellow designers.
  • UI craftspeople. A background in visual design is not required but a well-practiced eye for detail & aesthetics absolutely is. Your shipped mobile app work needs to knock our socks off.
  • Radically scrappy. You thrive in ambiguity and won’t hesitate to get exactly what you need to keep moving ahead. You can get stuff done!
  • Team-players. Our secret sauce is our team dynamic; we don’t have time for egos.

By month 3 you will be…

  • Launching design to production regularly
  • Intimately familiar with the Fetch app and enterprise systems
  • Integrated within your team
  • Understanding your team’s focus, goals, and KPIs
  • Developing strong working relationships with your pack, Product owner and Tech lead as well as outside of your team (key stakeholders and other cross-functional teams)
  • Leading design critiques of your work with cross-functional stakeholders and peers
  • Collaborating with other design leads on Design Ops initiatives
  • Running small research studies
  • Mentoring other designers

By month 6 you will be…

  • Influencing & making decisions within your team
  • Exploring the unknowns through research—what opportunities are untouched or undiscovered
  • Contribute to a long-term vision (6+ months) for your collective

By year 1 you will be…

  • Influencing decisions outside of your team for the larger organization
  • Thriving in ambiguity within your team and the larger organization
  • Actively driving research activities
  • Launching consistently into production with iterations on the work in motion

We’re looking for people who have:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on enterprise-grade software — think SaaS platforms, ERP, logistics, or workflow automation.
  • Experience as a design coach — not just managing others, but elevating them. You set the bar, give feedback like a peer, and know how to bring cross-functional partners along with clarity and care.
  • Deep experience simplifying data-heavy, workflow-intensive UIs across varied user roles (e.g. operations, admins, analysts, execs).
  • Led the strategic integration of AI or automation into products — whether that's in predictive insights, workflow optimization, or real-time assistance.
  • A high bar for visual craft.  Our brand is carried through our enterprise products, which means UI skills are a vital part of what we do.
  • A track record of driving design ops improvements — whether it's establishing repeatable research practices, building smarter intake systems, or auditing and evolving design systems for scale.
  • A fluency in design systems, documentation, and governance — and know how to scale them across a growing org.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — prioritizing ruthlessly, advocating thoughtfully, and pushing smart defaults across the board.
  • Experience with Figma and conducting research
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience with AI/ML UX, prompt engineering, or integrating generative models into workflows
  • Background in inventory, catalog, or taxonomy design
