About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced delivery professional to fill the role of a Lead Digital Product Manager - Delivery Coordinator, within the Digital Channels organization. This role will lead and support delivery functions within the Digital Move Money team . The Lead Digital Product Manager will be responsible for bringing synergies across product, design, and technology, through iterative build, test and delivery cycles.
Must be proficient with agile delivery models and tools and be able to support and grow product and scrum teams into self-sustainable mature agile teams. The individual must be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive and serve as a mentor to junior team members.

In this role, you will:
- Lead multiple scrum teams, across one or more product areas within Digital Channels, to drive continuous and incremental delivery of new capabilities on Vantage web and mobile
- Display understanding of product and project management delivery lifecycle and be able to map key deliverables from ideation to delivery
- Provide dedicated support to teams on agile cadences, dependency, and risk management, pre and post release management activities and establish strong collaboration across partner product and technology teams
- Effectively capture product updates through sprints. Represent the team on larger collaboration forums and communicate transparently, statuses, accomplishments, milestones, and challenges
- Understand product priorities and consult with dependency partners, Legal/Risk/Compliance/Control and other extended stakeholders to align on expectations regularly
- Serve as a SME on enterprise change management procedures, digital standards & policies, and established processes within the product, to keep the team up to date and compliant
- Stay up to date on resource and scrum team updates, capacity constraints and escalating them to product and delivery leaders
- Be a champion for agile transformation and display in depth knowledge and experience of agile metrics to provide consistent guidance to teams, identify gaps and contribute to create a workable plan that delivers results towards building strong agile teams
- Act independently with little support to advise product teams and make decisions as needed to keep teams organized
- Collaborate with other delivery team members within and outside of the organization to share best practices and ideas for continuous learning
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years of experience of Agile and Agile tools particularly JIRA and Confluence.
- Banking and financial services industry experience
- Agile Transformation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office tools
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Chandler, AZ, or San Francisco, CA office approximately 3 days a week
