$100,000.00 - $179,000.00

In this role, you will:
- Execute the enterprise RCSA service modeling standards and practices
- Lead initiatives requiring specialized knowledge to support risk management efforts
- Build effective relationships with HR service leaders and partners
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop business cases for technology, staffing, and structural recommendations
- Evaluate processes and identify underlying risks across stakeholders, mapping out issues and making recommendations to mitigate risk across end-to-end service
- Develop metrics and controls for future improvement opportunities
- Ensure effective use of cultural focus, tools, and operational excellence methods
- Coach multiple cross-functional redesign teams
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence across all levels, including senior managers
- Lead teams to achieve objectives
- 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Working knowledge of HR processes and services
- RCSA refresh experience, service modeling facilitation, consulting, or workshop facilitation
- Proficiency with enterprise modeling standards using iGrafx with strong QA results
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
- Process simplification mindset that guides stakeholders to address risk at the source and recommends design enhancements that leverage automation using modern tools, including Workday, ServiceNow, low code no code, ML/AI solutions.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent verbal & written communication at all levels
