About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead or Principal Product Manager, to lead our Martech and Data Platform teams and redefine how we use data to drive more efficient marketing spend, lifecycle communication, and acquisition marketing. This role will define and deliver the strategic product roadmap our martech and data platform teams and work closely with our Marketing, Data Platform, Analytics, and Data Science teams.  

Your ability to balance technical domain knowledge of marketing & data with customer-centric product thinking will be key to delivering value through scalable and innovative solutions.

You Will:
  • Define and own the product roadmap for martech & data platform initiatives, aligning with company goals and delivering measurable business impact

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data Platform, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to meaningfully transform top line impact

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user impact

  • Define success metrics for both the martech and data platform features and monitor performance post-launch, driving continuous improvements based on data and feedback

  • Stay informed about emerging marketing and data technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to integrate new capabilities into the Hims & Hers ecosystem

  • Advocate for best practices in martech automation, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders

You Have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Product Management, or a related field; advanced technical degrees are a plus

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on marketing and/or data platforms

  • Prior experience / exposure to marketing systems and domain knowledge of how digital marketing and/or CRM marketing work

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, data science, and business teams
