Coordinates and maintains the cancer program in compliance with Commission on Cancer standards. Manages cancer registry, committee, and conference activities; monitors policies and requirements; and provides education, training, and oversight to Oncology Data Specialists. Requires National Oncology Data Specialist certification, continuing education, two years of registrar experience in an ACoS-approved cancer program, and computerized registry experience.
This is a Remote Role
Coordinates and maintains all aspects of the cancer program in compliance with standards of the American College of Surgeons (ACoS), Commission on Cancer (COC). Stays up to date with requirements, policies and procedures that impact the cancer program. Performs duties in the Cancer Registry, Cancer Committee and Cancer Conferences. Provides education, training, and oversight of Oncology Data Specialists.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Maintains continuing education requirements for certification
- Upon hire: National Oncology Data Specialist - National Cancer Registrars Association
- Maintains annual continuing education requirements
- 2 years working in an ACOS approved Cancer Program as a Registrar
- Experience working with a computerized registry system
