We are seeking a Lead IT Analyst – Pricing to serve as the technology lead for enterprise pricing platforms within the global commercial domain. This critical role will take ownership of the end-to-end life cycle for Honeywell's Commercial Pricing tools & platforms and works at the intersection of Pricing, Sales, and Technology.

You will lead pricing capabilities enablement and adoption across PROS, Salesforce, CPQ partnering closely with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to design scalable, high‑impact solutions that improve pricing accuracy, margin performance, and sales efficiency.

This is a hands‑on architect role with strong influence over solution design, roadmap decisions, and cross‑platform integrations.

Responsibilities

Pricing Technology Leadership

Own and lead enterprise pricing solutions across PROS, Salesforce, CPQ and SAP ERP/S4

  • Act as the primary technology partner for Pricing and Commercial teams
  • Drive pricing strategy execution through scalable, well‑governed system design and provide technology thought leadership.

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Design and lead end‑to‑end pricing and integrated quoting solutions across Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, and other downstream systems
  • Ensure consistent pricing logic, data flow, and integrations across platforms
  • Review and approve functional and technical designs for pricing initiatives

PROS & SAP Pricing

  • Lead PROS pricing implementations and integrations, including Price Management, Guidance and Optimization
  • Strong understanding of SAP Pricing methodologies & procedures (list pricing, discounts, price conditions, agreements)
  • Improve pricing accuracy, performance, and governance through system enhancements that aligns to Honeywell’s strategic short- and long-term Pricing objectives 

Salesforce & CPQ Domain Expertise (Preferred)

  • Guide pricing architecture within Salesforce & SAP CPQ, including pricing rules, discounting, approval workflows, and performance optimization
  • Partner with CRM and Lead‑To‑Cash teams to enable seamless quote‑to‑order flows

Delivery & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Lead pricing workstreams across multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and internal/external partners
  • Support production stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement

Role Expectations

  • Own a mission‑critical pricing platform with real business impact
  • Own outcomes, and lead solution direction, roadmaps & architecture across multiple systems
  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert in pricing technology
  • Influence enterprise architecture and long‑term platform strategy
  • Work with modern Pricing and CPQ technologies at scale
  • Provide strong functional thought leadership and consulting in the respective domain and be an advisor to the business on Industry best practices
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture Review Board for Architecture Governance and alignment.
  • Align with enterprise-wide Agile teams and strong adherence to Agile cadence
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Overall 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of experience with PROS / or similar Smart Pricing platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with PROS pricing solutions and integrations with SAP
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise‑scale Pricing / CPQ solutions
  • Strong Executive Leadership Presence, communication skills and ability to influence engineering and business stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP CPQ, especially pricing integration & architecture
  • Knowledge of Quote‑to‑Cash / Order‑to‑Cash processes
  • Experience working in large, global, or matrixed organizations
  • Background leading cross‑functional or cross‑platform initiatives
