About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Institutional Investment Operations Specialist to join our Approval to Transact team as part of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Operations group.
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Institutional Investment Operations Specialist to support its Client Service functions. The Client Services team in CIB Operations Shared Services is responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing moderate to complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, and customer service. The Operations Shared Services team is a cross-functional group of teams that provides support for reference data as well as the broader Wells Fargo organization. The Shared Services organization aims to be the owners and stewards of both client and product data with a focus on operational excellence and superior client servicing.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
In this role you will:
  • Leading complex initiatives in the Client Service space
  • Serving as an SME in current regulations that impact Client Service functions
  • Partnering with Front Office Sales and Trading, Market Risk, Technology, Compliance, Finance, Operational Risk, Audit, and other support functions
  • Providing vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership
  • Acting as key participant in large scale planning, gathering data to support resolution of issues in areas in and out of responsibility
  • Demonstrating full knowledge and serving as a leader on projects along with internal and industry related industries
  • Strategically engaging with all levels of professionals and managers companywide
  • Developing and implementing resolutions to the most complex issues as they arise within the client and trade lifecycle
  • Making decisions requiring understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Advising leadership to develop or influence complex objectives, processes, industry related regulations, and long-term goals for overly complex business needs across organization
  • Influencing and leading broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieving goals

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $163,000.00
