Modern Agency is seeking a strategic, proactive, and detail-oriented Lead Influencer Manager to drive influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives across key platforms. You will spearhead performance-focused creator programs, with a strong emphasis on TikTok Shops, influencer affiliate growth, and scalable content strategies, to accelerate revenue and cultural relevance for our partner brands. You’ll guide campaign development, lead creator relationships, and help shape best practices across the team.
What You’ll Do- Lead influencer marketing strategy and execution for key brand partners across TikTok and Meta
- Own brand communications for assigned partners, including strategy alignment, sharing briefs and creator recommendations, and delivering reporting and performance insights.
- Help guide and support other influencer managers - providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic input (not a direct people manager).
- Own TikTok Shop + affiliate program performance, including creator onboarding, commission structures, product seeding, and revenue optimization.
- Develop creator-first campaign concepts rooted in cultural insights and measurable outcomes.
- Strategize and source creators aligned with brand values and commercial objectives.
- Manage creator communications, negotiations, contracts, performance expectations, and content approvals.
- Collaborate with social, paid media, and creative teams to maximize performance and usage rights.
- Oversee campaign operations from outreach through reporting—timelines, deliverables, and ongoing iterations.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign metrics and TikTok Shop revenue impact.
- Identify emerging trends, new creator categories, and breakthrough content opportunities.
RequirementsAbout You
- You live and breathe TikTok and social commerce, constantly tracking shifts in how creators drive sales and influence.
- Required: Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and affiliate programs (LTK, Amazon, TikTok Affiliate Center etc.).
- 3–5+ years in influencer or social marketing at a digital agency or growth-focused brand.
- Highly skilled in creator sourcing, outreach flows, briefing, and quality control.
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Confident leading discussions, presenting strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with creativity, hustle, and a passion for performance marketing.
- Have experience using affiliate management tools like Reacher, Cruva, and Social Snowball.
- Have successfully scaled TikTok Shop revenue and affiliate-driven sales channels.
- Understand storytelling frameworks and creative hooks that convert.
- Excel at building internal playbooks and improving operational workflows.
- Are solutions-oriented with a collaborative attitude and low ego.
