Job Description:

A Lead Graphics and Motion Designer delivers best-in-class creative solutions in a variety of assets across graphic design and motion graphics disciplines. The ideal candidate is both an artistic visionary and a technical expert, capable of conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality motion graphics across multiple digital platforms. The person will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life through compelling motion content that enhances storytelling and brand engagement.

Ideally, this designer will have some experience handling editing/post-production on videos produced in-house. In addition, the candidate should be able to use creative design skills to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers across all touchpoints. As a member of the team, they will build dynamic brand campaigns, market events around the globe, and create digital experiences all in support of the company’s mission.

What you’ll do:

  • Translate marketing objectives and campaign goals into design and video content that will drive engagement and conversion

  • Own the creative direction of internal and external initiatives

  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across assets while pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh, innovative solutions

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns

  • Perform final video edits and handle asset delivery independently

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience as a graphic and motion designer preferably within a marketing or creative team environment

  • Portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design required

  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills: able to clearly present ideas and incorporate feedback from cross-functional partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to create visually polished, pixel-perfect designs that align with brand and marketing objectives.

  • Expert in balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for layout, typography, and overall design accuracy

  • Knowledge of video editing software, video editing, and digital audio/video production standards

  • Advanced knowledge in After Effects and Premiere

  • Experience with the full post-production suite including sound, color grading, and effects/graphics

  • Experience searching and selecting on-brand stock footage and music in libraries like Artlist

  • Experience in creating and editing dynamic video content

  • Experience with Asana or a similar project management tool

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $69,500 - $96,600 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
