The Lead Gen AI Architect will oversee IT architecture planning, design AI and GenAI solutions, collaborate with teams, and ensure reliable integrations.
As a GenAI and Integration Lead IT Architect here at Honeywell, you will lead our IT architecture planning department, overseeing the strategic vision and operational efficiency of our technology architecture. Collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you will define and execute high-level IT architecture strategies that drive innovation and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in enterprise environments. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing AI-driven solutions that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement AI and GenAI and Integration strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
- Design and architect GenAI solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems.
- Design and architect Integration strategy solutions for existing enterprise systems for Event based, API based and file based integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI & GenAI opportunities and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for transforming/upgrading and modernizing integrations between enterprise applications
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI & GenAI and Integration solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI & GenAI and integration technologies and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI and Integration development team.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 6 years experience in enterprise architecture roles
- Extensive experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on generative AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing Integrations Solutions using modern IPAAS platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing GenAI and AI solutions in a business environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- A demonstrated history of driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data science and analytics.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
