About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead .Net Full stack Developer to join the Commercial Real Estate Group within Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT). This position will utilize a thorough understanding of applicable technology to meet the migration goals of cloud-based technologies while leading the technology innovation, product development, testing and delivery. As part of an Agile team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and design specifications for conversion into user stories and tasks within allocated sprint sessions.
In this role, you will:
• Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact• Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs• Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors• Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education• 5+ years of application software development experience in .NET and SQL Server• 5+ years of full stack development experience using UI frameworks like Angular and ReactJS• 5+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services
Desired Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Service Bus• 1+ year of hands-on experience working with RealInsight Data Integrators, Listeners and Core APIs • Functional and domain knowledge of Collateral Real Estate, Spreading, Collateral Servicing and Management• Hands-on functional and technical experience with RealInsight SaaS• Experience with complex multiple system integrations like nCino, LoanIQ and RealInsight• Experience with Apigee, Splunk logging and observability and Cloud Platforms• Experience in CICD (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Artifactory, Harness and other DevOps tools)• Experience with automated functional and unit testing tools• Experience with Python and GenAI toolkit
Job Expectations:
• Flexible to provide both application development and production support during off-hours• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship• This position offers a hybrid work schedule• Must be able to work on-site at the listed location
