Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in our growing SaaS company. This position is responsible for performing detailed financial analysis, with a focus on deals and commissions, monthly variance analysis, and quarterly forecasting, while supporting annual budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with systems such as Power BI, Sage Intacct, Oro CRM, and Stripe, and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence key business decisions and contribute to the financial health and growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:· Perform detailed deals and commissions analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
· Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify and explain key financial trends.
· Lead quarterly forecasting efforts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
· Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine budgets.
· Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, providing visual insights for stakeholders.
· Utilize and manage commission systems such as Xactly, Spiff, or CaptivateIQ for commissions reporting and analysis.
· Create and maintain reports within Sage Intacct for financial reporting and analysis.
· Work with Oro CRM and Stripe to analyze customer data and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and tools used.
· Support ad-hoc financial analysis projects as needed.
Qualifications:· 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on deals, commissions analysis, and financial planning.
· Hands-on experience with monthly variance analysis, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
· Hands-on experience with commission systems such as Xactly, Spiff, or similar.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the SaaS industry.
