Roles and Responsibilities
- Output completed engines from the Cost Management System (CMS) to the product line ledgers
- Monitor and report on output part cost variance drivers
- Actively manage and review engine output cost at the part and engine level to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile CMS inventory subledger output cost to engine trend report
- Prepare and review journal entries ensuring compliance with GE Aerospace accounting policies & US GAAP
- Support engine modernization ERP efforts
- Support CMS data quality partners with annual physical inventory and book to physical reconciliation
- Drive standard work and simplification efforts
- Identify areas for improving processes and internal controls
- Prepare audit support documentation and lead discussions with internal and external auditors
- Focus on team and controllership priorities; may be responsible for work and development of others
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Controllership Operations
- Good working knowledge of General Ledger and Finance Data Lake

The base pay range for this position is $101,000.00 - 135,000.00 Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on 3/31/26.
