About the Role:
Digital Product is CrowdStrike's product team for crowdstrike.com — owning the site's roadmap, point of view, and end-to-end experience from awareness to action. This will be a net new role on the digital product team to lead Falcon Guide.
Falcon Guide is the team's flagship initiative: an AI-assisted guided discovery and conversion system that evolves in three phases into a fully personalized, agentic buying experience. This role owns the Falcon Guide product roadmap end-to-end, partnering directly with UX Design, Content, AIO, Engineering, Digital PLG, and Digital Intelligence to define, sequence, and bring it to life with advanced measurement, intelligence and iteration. This role reports to the Director, Digital Product.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Falcon Guide product roadmap end-to-end —
- Phase 1 - guided discovery, rules-based conversion acceleration
- Phase 2 - personalized journeys, buying-group identity, CJA/AJO integration
- Phase 3 - Charlotte AI integration, full agentic operating model
- Own the requirements, roadmap and experience for Falcon Guide to operate efficiently and drive conversion, tracking key performance metrics such as:
- Task-completion rate
- Successful action rate
- Latency
- Cost per action
- Adoption by customer segment
- Time to value
- Consumption and scaled deployment
- Partner directly with peer digital teams, such as:
- Design to guide prototyping and brand guidelines
- Engineering to scope technical feasibility, drive delivery against the roadmap and convert emerging AI patterns into reusable platform capabilities.
- Digital PLG to align Falcon Guide's trial-funnel and personalization touchpoints with the broader conversion motion.
- Digital Intelligence to measure engagement, discovery and conversion across customer journeys and segments.
- AIO and Content to ensure Falcon Guide's content structure, citation architecture, and generated responses are optimized for AI discoverability and consistent with CrowdStrike's broader AI-share-of-voice strategy — treating Falcon Guide as both a conversion surface and a citable content asset.
- Represent Falcon Guide's priorities, progress and performance to senior stakeholders, including Digital Experience and Marketing leadership.
What You’ll Need:
- B.S./B.A. or equivalent preferred, plus 8+ years of relevant product management experience (flexible depending on demonstrated performance and potential).
- Experience building guided-discovery, recommendation, personalization, or conversational customer-facing products
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
- Understanding of agent architectures, including planning, memory, tool use, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
- Experience taking products from 0→1 and then scaling them.
- Ability to coordinate engineering, design, GTM, and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills — able to adapt communication style across engineering, marketing, and executive audiences.
- Comfortable being the senior product voice on a high-visibility initiative with executive attention.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Bonus Points:
- Recent experience shipping agentic products within the preceding 12–18 months.
- Experience with personalization/journey orchestration platforms (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target).
- Background in B2B or PLG (product-led growth) motions, particularly trial conversion.
- Experience working for a SaaS security company.
