About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager within our Embedded Finance Team. This individual will lead and support delivery functions within the product area supporting the Commercial and Investment Bank. They will be responsible for bringing synergies across product, design, and technology, through iterative build, test and delivery cycles. Must be proficient with Agile delivery models and tools and be able to support and grow product and scrum teams into self-sustainable mature agile teams. The individual must be a quick learner, self-starter, proactive and serve as a mentor to junior team members.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead one or more scrum teams, across one or more product areas within Embedded Finance, to support continuous and incremental delivery of new capabilities.
  • In depth understanding of product and project management lifecycle and be able to map key deliverables from ideation to delivery.
  • Provide dedicated support to teams on agile cadences, dependency, and risk management, pre and post release management activities and establish strong collaboration across partner product and technology teams.
  • Work with product, operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues. Clarify ambiguities and customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives.
  • Effectively capture product updates through sprints. Represent the team on larger collaboration forums and communicate transparently, statuses, accomplishments, milestones, and challenges.
  • Ability to manage large-scale initiatives and effectively partner with stakeholders across product and technical teams.
  • Understand product priorities and consult with dependency partners proactively to manage delivery risks.
  • Actively engage LRCC (Compliance) and other extended stakeholders in required forums to align on expectations and keep them apprised of upcoming deliverables.
  • Serve as a SME on enterprise change management procedures, digital standards & policies, and established processes within the product, to keep the team up to date and compliant.
  • Stay on top of resource and scrum team needs, capacity constraints and escalate them to product and delivery leaders in a timely manner.
  • Be a champion for agile transformation and display in depth knowledge and experience of agile metrics to provide consistent guidance to teams, identify gaps and contribute to create a workable plan that delivers results towards building strong agile teams.
  • Create Jira dashboards (as required) to track, monitor and prioritize epics, features, defects, etc.
  • Lead and coordinate prioritization and journey alignment sessions across teams and stakeholders
  • Act independently with little support to advise product teams and make decisions as needed to keep teams organized. Train and support junior delivery team members.
  • Collaborate with other delivery team members within and outside of the organization to share best practices and ideas for continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Payments Experience preferred
  • Working knowledge on API platforms, governance an implementations preferred
  • Banking and Financial services industry
  • Technology experience preferred.
  • Digital Platform management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office tools

Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
  • Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week

Pay Range:

New York, NY & San Francisco, CA Pay Range: $115,900.000 - $206,100.00 annually
