The Digital Engagement marketing team partners with product partners, creative agencies, targeting SMEs, analysts, and channel groups across CSBB to drive customer growth and retention. This role ensures all team marketing aligns with internal guidelines, reflects Wells Fargo's brand strategy, incorporates Legal, Compliance, and product input, and uses customer-focused language with clear calls to action.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for the marketing area
- Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships, and cross-functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
- May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Expert campaign management experience with strong, proactive communication
- Experience across digital marketing channels and implementing best practices across digital channels
- Ability to influence across teams to integrate customer messaging to drive growth
- Results-oriented, focused on performance, analyzing to identify trends and optimizations
- Strong ability to direct creative teams to develop customer-centric marketing campaign assets applying channel best practices to drive results
- Experience with test and learn agendas that build learnings and continuously apply those to future work
- Knowledge of digital payment products and solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly collaborative and can effectively lead a cross-functional team including external, internal and agency partners
- Previous marketing experience in banking is preferred but not required
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
