This project is a major strategic initiative to integrate and modernize two flagship web platforms into a seamless user experience. If you’re a proactive leader who loves both coding and guiding teams to success, this is your chance to make a significant impact.
What You’ll DoLead & Collaborate: Drive day-to-day development activities, mentor developers, and help set priorities to keep the team on track.
Be Hands-On: Contribute directly to coding and architecture decisions, delivering clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Unblock Progress: Tackle technical challenges and remove obstacles so your team can work efficiently and deliver on time.
Ensure Process Excellence: Maintain and optimize Jira workflows, promoting Agile best practices across the pod.
Shape Technical Vision: Assist with technical documentation, solution designs, and collaborate with stakeholders to align development with business goals.
Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript
Professional experience with Next.js (both page router and app router)
Solid knowledge of React and modern front-end development patterns
Skilled in CSS (Bootstrap and custom styles)
Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architectures
Experience working with REST APIs
Comfortable using collaboration tools like Jira
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVN
100% Remote – work from anywhere in the U.S. while collaborating on EST hours
Long-Term Stability – this project is expected to run at least 18 months
