  • Support Division Executives on New Hire interview process.
  • Serve as mentor to team and help with on-boarding process for new CSG’s. Accompany new CSG’s to client meetings and assist in training process, strategy and solutions.
  • Develop skill set and knowledge above what is required and share best practices with CSG team.
  • Act as team lead and back up manager.
  • Consults with CSG as needed on strategic business review preparation and white space identification.
  • Work collaboratively with National Sales Executives on net new sales opportunities and lead generation.
  •  Work collaboratively with Solution Consultants on strategies to tailor presentations based on findings.
  • Serve as a solutions strategist and partner for special assigned initiatives.
  • Assist VP/Growth Enablement as escalation point for clients assigned to East/West territory.
  • Thoughtfully understand addressable market within territory.  Create strategies to pursue net-new revenue opportunities.  Work with National Sales Executives and provide platform referrals.
  • Cross-sell products and services by seeking out decision makers to assess their needs and making the appropriate recommendation based on the client’s processing method.  Engage the National Sales Executives and Solution Consultants as needed.
  • Understand market changes and legislative issues that may impact client decisions.
  • Under the direction of the VP, Growth Enablement work to develop add-on sales and retention strategies Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by serving as the primary point person for client escalation and resolution of issues for assigned portfolio.

  • Gather and maintain competitive intelligence and use this knowledge to educate both clients and co-workers on where our products fit into the competitive spectrum.
  • Exhibit proficient mastery of all products and technology solutions as well as infrastructure including but not limited to ATM/Debit Processing, Fraud and Analytic tools, Shared Branching, Call Center Support, Digital, Credit Processing, Collections, Zelle and add on services demonstrating technological advances and articulating product capabilities
  • Understand and leverage competitive market intelligence to win business.
  • Lead and conduct on-site diligence to uncover prospecting pain points and sales opportunities.
  • Accompany Executive Management Team, Regional Sales Managers or Client Business Executives to prospect meetings to gather information about prospects business and identify pain points are critical to building Velera sales strategies. Those demonstrated strategies may include follow-up briefings, meetings, presentations, and on-site diligence.
  • Act as trainer and mentor to provide expertise and on all network access new prospects. Serve as an educational resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on market strategy.
  • Gather and maintain competitive intelligence and use this knowledge to educate both clients and co-workers on where Velera products fit into the competitive spectrum.
  • Evaluate and understand market and industry changes and significant events and report to Velera Solutions management.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding and effective communication of how products/solutions relate and provide support as needed/requested from the product groups and business partners.
  • Participate in various meetings, conferences, and presentations as assigned and provide leadership when needed for preparation, review and/or delivery of formal presentations.
  • Learn to navigate the competitive landscape and to understand and articulate our value proposition.
  • Provide market Intelligence and feedback to the membership, product and marketing teams and business partners regarding evolving client needs, evolving channels and product direction/strategy. 
  • Assess impact on organization and operational environment of new product initiatives.
  • Leverage knowledge of strategic planning process
  • Develop and expand C suite relationships for the purposes of growing platform sales.
  • Create proposals for renewals on an as-needed basis and present to clients.
  • Understand market changes and legislative issues that may impact client decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Equity

$84,900.00 - $108,200.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
