Tiger Analytics is looking for experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for multiple Fortune 500 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Trintech Frontier (Fiserv), experience leading system upgrades and deployments, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, application lifecycle experience, and hands-on involvement in testing and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support application upgrades, system deployments, and release management activities
  • Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows in Jira
  • Coordinate and execute testing efforts (SIT/UAT), ensuring system stability and quality
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend system enhancements
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot system-related issues

Requirements
    • 7–10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
    • Strong understanding of enterprise financial systems
    • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
    • Experience working in Agile environments
