Position Overview:
The Sr. BI Analyst will be instrumental in building and scaling DeleteMe’s Business Intelligence and Analytics function to support our B2B Go-to-Market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, as well as Finance.
This role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, delivering the dashboards, models, and insights that drive decision-making and growth across our B2B business. You’ll serve as the primary BI partner to GTM and Finance stakeholders, bringing clarity to performance, pipeline, funnel conversion, retention, expansion, and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence Development:
-Data Modeling & dbt Development: Partner with the BI Analytics Engineer to build and maintain robust dbt models and data marts using advanced SQL, ensuring scalable and reusable solutions aligned with business needs.
-Version Control: Use Git to maintain collaborative workflows and ensure code quality and alignment.
-Upstream Data Integration: Collaborate with the DWH team to ensure seamless data integration and quality across systems.
Analytics & Insights:
-Dashboard Development: Design and manage Tableau dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights into key metrics and business trends.
-Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering actionable recommendations.
-Data Storytelling: Present insights through compelling visualizations, reports, and narratives tailored to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Leadership:
-Business Partnering: Act as the primary BI liaison for GTM, Finance, and Privacy Operations teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
-Process Optimization: Advocate for BI best practices, including automation, standardization, and governance improvements.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
-Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or similar roles.
-Proficiency in Tableau, dbt (with strong SQL), and Snowflake.
-Experience with ETL processes and creating/maintaining data models.
-Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
-Experience supporting B2B and/or B2C environments, preferably in SaaS.
-Solid understanding of GTM and Finance functions and metrics.
-This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
Nice to Have:
-Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
-Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
-Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
