BLT is a center of excellence that unlocks access to Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) products and services based on client's needs to:

  • Shorten the distance between the client ask and the product or service delivery.
  • Create a more consistent client experience and help grow business across WIM​​.
  • Improve efficiency and risk controls. 
  • ​Deliver consistent product offerings by client segment.

The Lead Business Execution Consultant will be responsible for key initiatives, risk monitoring, and partner engagement supporting WIM mortgage.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives in WIM Mortgage, including Client Experience, Business Execution and Analytics
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions for a seamless mortgage experience for the WIM Client, advisor and banker
  • Provide data reporting, trending and analysis of the overall WIM mortgage portfolio
  • Provide pipeline analytics and recommendations for improvements using data trending and analytics
  • Develop customized reports and ad hoc analyses to make recommendations and provide guidance in an effort to solve complex problems
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development to improve the overall Client Experience
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
  • Present recommendations for resolving client requests
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Wealth business leadership and mortgage risk and control experience in a large, complex financial organization strongly preferred
  • Mortgage Data reporting and structure experience, including UW and credit risk reporting
  • Demonstrated ability as a thought leader in mortgage strategy and business initiative execution for high net worth and ultra-high net worth segments
  • Strong background in credit risk and mortgage operations, and in effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams including home lending, legal, compliance, finance and risk
  • Strong knowledge of Mortgage Regulations

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
