What You Will Do
- Partner with online category optimization to prioritize and implement category optimizations for driving improvement to omni customer experience within the browse and navigation segment; $500M-$1B annually.
- Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders to drive operational efficiencies and guide future digital strategies for Lowes.com.
- Advise team of analysts to leverage customer data, site behaviors, pre/post-transaction data and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve the omnichannel customer experience.
- Provide insights, competitive intelligence and data-driven recommendations to the manager of assigned area.
- Assist manager in developing and maintaining the customer-facing hierarchy structure and category specific attribute model.
- Guide analysts and senior analysts towards successful project completion to deliver goals and partner with manager to best address developmental and/or coaching opportunities along the way.
- Provide continuous and open feedback and mentorship to team members to encourage their growth, assist them in learning new tools, skills and techniques, and take on greater responsibility.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of best practices within the company, competitors and retail industry. Work with the manager to introduce and disseminate best practices across the organization.
- Gain alignment with leadership across the organization to best deliver the enterprise strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 6-7 years of experience in retail, online, eCommerce or relevant area
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master's degree MBA or related field
- 4 years of experience in online, omnichannel merchandising and/or marketing
- 3 years of experience in a high SKU count retail environment
- 2 years of experience in analytics, statistics, business planning and/or finance
- 2 years of experience with mentorship or people leadership experience
