Your Impact
The Lead Analyst, Digital Category Performance leads and prioritizes the development of compelling insights using reporting tools to drive significant financial and customer improvement opportunities for the online business. The Lead Analyst will develop insights leveraging online reporting to drive sales, traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), inventory, cancels, returns, delivery service level agreements (SLAs) and other digital metrics. This role will also network with other key stakeholders in partnering teams to drive tangible results and outcomes in category, financial and customer performance impacts on Lowes.com and app platforms. The Lead Analyst will utilize insight reports to persuade and support plan of action. The Lead Analyst will also develop tracking mechanisms for actions taken by the partner teams and monitor their category, financial and customer performance against online business objectives.

What You Will Do
- Lead and prioritize the development of compelling insights with key stakeholders using reporting tools to drive significant financial and customer improvement opportunities for the online business across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, inventory, cancels, returns, delivery SLAs and other digital metrics.
- Drive engagement and partnership with the digital category organization to lead the development of insights and recommendations that can drive positive category performance and outcomes. Propose new solutions, manage complex requests and prioritize feedback from the teams.
- Network with other key stakeholders in partnering teams to drive tangible results and outcomes in category, financial and customer performance impacts on Lowes.com and app platforms. Utilize insight reports to persuade and support plan of action.
- Identify root cause of changes in metrics, advise and collaborate with necessary teams on actions needed, and track issue resolution.
- Develop tracking mechanisms for actions taken by the partner teams and monitor their category, financial and customer performance against online business objectives. Oversee adjustments needed to actions taken by partner teams.
- Establish reporting tool best practices and use cases to help the team understand how to deliver comprehensive category insights.
- Manage and prioritize the development of insights based on the category, financial and customer performance impact.
- Lead training sessions with the digital category organization on how to action and drive results on the insights delivered.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, economics or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 6-7 years of relevant experience
- 4 years of experience with data analysis tools
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master's degree MBA or related field
- 6-7 years in online retail or omnichannel merchandising
