Role Overview

As a Lead, Affiliate Marketing, you own and optimize key components of our affiliate program, playing a critical role in its expansion and performance. You drive initiatives that grow affiliate revenue, enhance partner engagement, and streamline operational workflows. You combine analytical thinking with creative execution to scale programs that contribute directly to business growth.

You manage and support team members working on affiliate initiatives, fostering accountability and excellence in execution. You also collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product, and Legal teams to align affiliate efforts with broader company goals.

Your ability to take initiative, solve complex problems, and build strong relationships with partners enables you to elevate one of our most strategic acquisition channels.

What you do each day:

  • Drive affiliate growth by executing recruitment strategies and diversifying the partner base
  • Define and implement scalable commission structures and incentive frameworks
  • Manage onboarding and engagement workflows for affiliate partners
  • Analyze campaign metrics (i.e. click-through rates, lead volume, cost-per-lead) to identify performance trends and opportunities
  • Own platform relationships (i.e. PartnerStack) to ensure accurate tracking, smooth payouts, and fraud prevention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Business Development, Product, Legal, and Marketing to align on affiliate initiatives
  • Co-develop campaigns with affiliate partners that drive engagement, conversion, and brand alignment
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research to identify trends and inform program strategy
  • Share key learnings and insights with stakeholders to support continuous program improvement
  • Manage and support team members executing affiliate program work, fostering alignment and professional growth

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience managing or coaching team members in a collaborative environment
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (i.e. PartnerStack, Impact) and performance analytics tools
  • Proven success in managing high-performing affiliate programs
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent work experience

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $76,000-$95,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
