About ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of Audio AI. Millions of individuals use ElevenLabs to read articles, voice over their videos, and reclaim voices lost from disability. And the leading developers and enterprises use ElevenLabs to create AI agents for support, sales, and education.
ElevenLabs launched in January 2023 with the first AI model to cross the threshold of human-like speech. In January 2025, we raised a $180 million Series C round, valuing ElevenLabs at $3.3 billion. The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth, with continued support from the leading names in tech, including Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger, Oculus VR co-founder Brendan Iribe, DeepMind and Inflection co-founder Mustafa Suleyman, and many others.
ElevenLabs is only 2 years old and scaling rapidly. We are just getting started. If you want to work hard and have an incredible impact, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Landing Page Designer (Performance Marketing and CRO) to own, build, and optimize our performance marketing landing pages. This is a high-impact, data-driven role where design meets strategy — perfect for someone with strong design and copywriting skills who thrives on creating high-converting pages.
You’ll ideate, create, build, and launch landing page tests from start to finish — then analyze performance data to uncover insights, provide actionable conclusions, and maintain a backlog of optimization ideas. Beyond landing pages, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine test plans for our main website, driving continuous improvements in user experience and conversion performance.
This role is for someone self-sufficient and experienced — a creative pro who loves to design, write, test, and iterate fast.
Requirements
-
Strong Design + Copy Expertise: Craft visually compelling, on-brand, high-converting pages paired with persuasive, conversion-focused copy.
-
Landing Page Creation: Own the full lifecycle — from brainstorming ideas to designing, developing, and launching performance marketing landing pages. Experience with tools like Framer or Webflow
Bonus:
-
Idea Creator: Ideate a backlog of testing ideas, continuously evolving our landing pages based on performance and user behavior data.
-
Data Analysis: Dive into performance data, uncover insights, and translate results into clear, actionable conclusions.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to analyze, strategize, and design impactful test plans for the main site.
-
Performance Optimization: Ensure speed, UX, and CRO best practices are embedded into every landing page build.
