About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager to deliver requirements for a new enterprise KYC lifecycle and help deliver new central solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of product management contributors
- Engage stakeholders and partners associated with the function
- Identify and recommend opportunities for product management for a less complex product or service
- Strategize growth opportunities
- Ensure programs adhere to compliance and privacy regulations and policies
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding overall business strategy to meet business objectives
- Create business plans, develop business requirements, direct product design and implementation
- Recommend product enhancements, support sales and marketing
- Interpret and develop product enhancements recommending product pricing, distribution strategies, and performance measurements
- Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts, and multiple level managers
- Interact directly with vendors
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior Product Ownership experience delivering large transformation applications
- BSA & AML policy experience
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to understand and translate complex requirements into user stories
Job Expectations:
- Must be flexible with availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled, and respond to alarm monitoring as needed
- 10% Travel or as needed
- Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office required
