Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Körber WMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of Körber (HighJump) Warehouse Management System solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and end-to-end WMS delivery, along with proven leadership experience in managing teams and client engagements.
Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions
Manage a team of consultants, developers, and support engineers
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable WMS solutions
Oversee:
System configuration
Custom development
Integrations with enterprise systems
Drive warehouse process optimization across:
Inbound (receiving, putaway)
Outbound (picking, packing, shipping)
Inventory management
Labor management
Ensure seamless integration with:
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
OMS (Order Management Systems)
TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
Own project delivery:
Planning, execution, and governance
Risk management
Stakeholder communication
Timely delivery within budget
Support pre-sales activities:
Solutioning
Effort estimation
Client presentations
Ensure best practices in:
Performance optimization
System scalability
Process standardization
8+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems
Strong hands-on experience with Körber WMS (HighJump)
Proven experience in leading WMS implementations and support projects
Deep understanding of:
Warehouse operations
Supply chain processes
3PL / Retail / eCommerce environments
Experience in:
System configuration and customization
Integrations (API, EDI, middleware)
Data migration and system upgrades
