Job Summary
As an Product Manager within Kinexys Digital Payments, you will manage the strategy, development, and delivery of Kinexys products. You will be part of a global team of product designers, technologists, and innovators, tasked with providing clients with new age cash management and payment products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives and ensure a differentiated client experience.
Job responsibilities
• Own the development and delivery of Kinexys products.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners across Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to propel product initiatives.
• Drive product ideation and build consensus with business partners and senior managers on design and feature priority decisions.
• Define the client service model to ensure a differentiated client experience.
• Collaborate with Sales on the development of a commercial strategy and client facing materials to help dive product commercialization.
• Partner with cross-LOB teams to determine feasibility of building out new services to introduce into the market.
• Develop and size market opportunity, pricing strategy, and growth projections.
• Monitor competitors, competitive products, and trends to ensure we maintain a leading position in the market.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
• Able to demonstrate the relevant level of experience working in payments, financial services and/or enterprise fintech.
• A collaborator who thrives in building solutions alongside cross-functional partners - strong communication skills and ability to build consensus across functions.
• Strategic thinker - Ability to conceptualize the big picture, prioritize, and connect the dots across business and functional areas to develop high-impact solutions for clients.
• Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance - be an owner.
• Execution-focused and action-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.

• Payments product management experience in the blockchain space.
