Essential Responsibilities:
Lead commercial activities for the Power Transmission business line across assigned customer accounts and sales territories.
Develop and execute commercial strategies for Power Transmission products and services, including power and distribution transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, disconnectors and instrument transformers, power quality and power sensing devices, and related services.
Develop account plans to support execution of commercial strategies and achievement of sales objectives.
Collaborate with product line teams and external manufacturers’ sales representatives to achieve order intake objectives.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer decision-makers in support of account strategies.
Maintain accurate forecasts of orders, margins, and sales for assigned customer accounts using the Salesforce CRM application.
Facilitate and support cash and receivables management activities for assigned customer accounts.
Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing.
Perform periodic account reviews with leadership
Travel regularly to customer locations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or a relevant field required.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a sales, account management, proposal development, business development, or product management.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical or utility industry in a related role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers.
Ability to travel approximately 25%, primarily within assigned accounts and sales territories, with occasional travel to domestic U.S. and international manufacturing locations
Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Power Transmission products and services, including power and distribution transformers, high-voltage circuit breakers, disconnectors and instrument transformers, power quality devices, power sensing devices, and related services.
Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships, account strategy, and commercial activities.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with manufacturer's sales representatives
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management tools

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $128,400.00 and $213,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
