As a Key Account Manager Ultrasound (US), you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic account plans for key customers within your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving long-term growth.
You will foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and execute sales and marketing initiatives. You will analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and prepare business cases for new initiatives. In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators, ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative business objectives, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. As the primary escalation point for key accounts, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.
Territory: Lower Silesian and Opolskie Voivodeships
Your role:
Ensuring the long-term profitability of your accounts within the Imaging Systems portfolio by maximizing order intake, sales performance, and price realization for Ultrasound equipment.
Leading and coordinating the implementation of complex sales and marketing initiatives across the assigned territory, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business objectives.
Analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities, develop initiatives to increase market share, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory. This includes maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals and medical institutions, and identifying opportunities across the Ultrasound portfolio.
Contributing to the development and execution of local marketing strategies and commercial growth plans for Ultrasound solutions.
Building effective cooperation with customers, business partners and internal stakeholders, aligning different commercial interests and streamlining joint efforts to deliver sustainable growth, enhance customer value and increase market share.
University degree; a medical or life sciences background would be an advantage.
Experience in sales or account management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Experience in and knowledge of Ultrasound would be a strong asset.
Knowledge of and experience using the Salesforce platform.
Knowledge of equipment financing solutions and commercial financing models.
Solid knowledge and practical experience in applying modern sales and marketing techniques.
Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated within a structured sales environment.
A self-driven, open and collaborative approach, with a strong focus on sustainable business development and long-term customer value.
Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 146,730 – PLN 243,090.
We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
This role is eligible for sales incentive, with your rewards linked to your commercial KPI’s.
