The Jr. Website Builder builds high-quality, high-performance real estate websites for the world's leading agents on our proprietary Presence Platform, working within established templates. The role requires design intuition, technical proficiency (HTML/CSS), and a meticulous eye for detail to represent every client's brand.
What You'll OwnWebsite Design & Build
Build & Execution: Execute end-to-end builds of standard websites within established design frameworks on the Presence Platform, ensuring designs are visually compelling and fully responsive across devices.
Design Elevation: Apply cohesive color palettes and typography within established templates to reflect each client's brand.
Review Project Requirements: Thoroughly review the project brief ticket, and all supporting materials before beginning any work to ensure a complete understanding of project requirements.
Client Translation Mastery: Understand and translate every client ask — from intake notes, discovery materials, and brand guidance — into the actual build.
User Experience: Design intuitive, engaging websites that provide an exceptional user experience and support lead generation.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Rigorous Self-QA: Review and validate your work against the Build + Self-QA checklist before handoff. Quality is built throughout the work, not inspected at the end.
Compliance Checks: Verify state disclosure, brokerage branding rules, and MLS/IDX display requirements before any design work is considered done.
SEO Fundamentals: Apply SEO best practices, including meta-data optimization and link mapping.
Process & Communication
Task Management: Meet established handling time targets for website drafts and revisions while maintaining accurate task statuses to ensure clear workflow visibility and pipeline accuracy.
On-Time Ownership: Own the delivery timeline of your assigned builds, and resolve QA passbacks promptly so the project keeps moving.
Reporting: Escalate platform bugs, project blockers, and out-of-scope requests to your Team Lead in a timely manner.
Raise Risk Early: Communicate workload, dependency, or delivery risk before a deadline is missed — not after.
Communication: Maintain timely communication by responding within the same business day, acknowledging important instructions, and providing updates when working on time-sensitive or high-priority tasks.
Experience
Little to no prior professional website-building experience required.
Prior exposure to block-based builders (e.g., Squarespace, Webflow, or similar) is a plus.
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and technical aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply — full training is provided.
Skills & Mindset
Technical: Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with a willingness to build fluency quickly. Comfortable with Google Apps.
Design Eye: A developing sense of layout, balance, and aesthetic consistency. Knowledge in website UX/UI.
AI-Fluent: Comfortable using (or eager to learn) AI tools to accelerate coding and design tasks.
