About The Mobile-First Company

Most tools for small businesses weren’t built for real operators.
They were built for employees in offices, not people running a business from their phone.

We’re changing that.

We build mobile-first business software that feels like a consumer app, runs on AI, and spreads like a creator brand.

Our first product, Allô, gives you a second number on your phone, answers missed calls with AI, transcribes everything, and syncs it to your CRM.

Over 20,000 businesses use it every day.
Next up: expenses, invoicing, and more.

We’ve raised +15 million dolars from Base10, Lightspeed, EMBLEM, and 30+ top operators.
Our team is based in Paris, Buenos Aires, Miami.

The mission

We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer (Brand & Web) to grow within our visual identity team. This is not a passive "execute briefs" role. We need someone who is hungry to build.

You will work closely with our Lead Visual Designer and the Chief Brand Officer to learn how world-class products look, move, and feel; and contribute to making them happen.

What will you do

  • Support brand consistency: You apply our visual system across apps, website, and communications, and you flag when something feels off.

  • Build alongside: You help produce landing pages and interactive assets. You don't just deliver a Figma file and disappear, you understand the handoff, you understand production.

  • Learn the "Magic": You assist on key initiatives where brand DNA meets product animations, micro-interactions, visual refinements. You're here to absorb and contribute, not just observe.

  • Ship fast: You're not precious about your work. You prefer a shipped v1 over a concept you polish forever.

Who you are

  • You are a Hybrid: You have a strong foundation in Visual Design and you're actively building a second skill.

  • You have "The Eye": You notice when things are misaligned, you care about the details.

  • You take ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do. You spot a problem, you flag it or fix it.

  • You get "Mobile-First": You understand that mobile screens are our primary canvas, not an afterthought.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Brand or Digital Design (internships and freelance count).

  • A portfolio that shows craft and intentionality, even if the projects are small. We want to see that you care about the details.

  • Solid working knowledge of Figma.

  • English fluency

What we offer

  • Work directly with leadership on high-impact projects

  • Ship work that thousands of people will see and use

  • Competitive salary (in USD)

  • Equity package

  • 10-day team retreats abroad every quarter

How to apply

Click the Apply button on this page to send your application.

No cover letter needed just tell us who you are and why this role fits you.

Not the perfect match, but want to join us? Send a spontaneous application to [email protected].

We welcome people from all backgrounds.

If you’re part of an underrepresented group in tech, we especially want to hear from you.
