About the roleWe are looking for a curious and proactive Junior Facebook Ads Manager to join one of Ruby Labs’ fastest-growing legal-tech products. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads who is ready to grow, contribute, and learn in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport setup and day-to-day optimization of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for web and app funnels.
Monitor performance and report key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
Assist in creative testing (static, video, UGC) and audience strategy.
Analyze funnel performance across platforms (Meta, GA, Tableau, or any BI tool).
Coordinate with designers and copywriters to request and test new creatives.
Help execute A/B tests and scaling strategies.
Conduct competitor and trend research in paid media.
Track spend pacing across accounts and GEOs.
1-2 years of experience managing or assisting with Meta Ads for digital products or websites.
Solid understanding of web-purchase funnels and post-click behavior.
Basic experience working with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Familiar with global paid user acquisition (Tier 1 + Tier 2 markets).
Ability to work with performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR, etc.).
Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and making data-backed suggestions.
Basic understanding of creative strategy and ad fatigue.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.
Experience with mobile apps and app tracking tools (Appsflyer, Firebase, Adjust).
Knowledge of GA4 and event-based attribution.
