As a Junior Visual Designer at Code and Theory, your creativity will shape the future of digital storytelling. Beyond crafting visually compelling digital interfaces, you’ll engage in making strategic, impactful contributions that enhance the performance and reach of our projects. Your inspiration will come from leveraging AI, data insights, and new design paradigms to push the boundaries of visual design. In this role, you will also learn from our seasoned leaders, who will mentor you and provide valuable experiences as you forge your path towards becoming a future leader in visual design.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conceptualize and design visually compelling digital experiences that reflect brand identity and strategically enhance user engagement
  • Lead the charge in using AI and generative design tools to push creative limits and drive efficiency and performance
  • Develop content that goes beyond aesthetics, using data-driven insights to create impactful visual narratives and interactions
  • Actively research and integrate emerging design trends to remain competitive and innovative in the field
  • Foster an environment of creativity and collaboration, sharing novel ideas and strategic insights with peers
  • Embrace flexibility and a team-focused mindset, supporting diverse aspects of projects to collectively "make cool exciting experiences with impact" and enjoy the creative journey

 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Passion for visual aesthetics coupled with a strategic mindset aimed at achieving high performance and innovation
  • Ability to blend creative flair with practical design skills to enhance platform performance and user engagement
  • Curiosity and adaptability in utilizing new design technologies and methodologies, driven by data insights
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, with an eagerness to integrate AI tools into the design process
  • Excellent teamwork skills, enhancing a culture of creative exploration and shared success

The target base compensation for this role is $65,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
