Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Customer Success Manager to support client onboarding, act as a primary point of contact, track customer health, and drive a high-quality client experience.

You will also work cross-functionally with the Development (DEV) team to support smooth project launches, align on timelines and ETAs, and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new clients and coordinate kickoff activities
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for client communications and requests
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, identify risks early, and escalate when needed
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the DEV team
  • Communicate project status updates and ETAs internally and externally
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer success processes and documentation

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and internal teams
  • Solid organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or project management tools is a plus
