Role Overview:


We are looking for a talented Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to support client onboarding, serve as a key point of contact, monitor client health, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

This role will also collaborate with our Development (DEV) team to ensure seamless project launches, clear communication of ETAs, and consistent client engagement throughout the customer journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and coordinating kickoff activities
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, handling inquiries and updates
  • Monitor client satisfaction and flag risks early
  • Track project timelines and deliverables with the DEV team
  • Support internal communication around project status and ETAs
  • Help improve customer success processes and documentation 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus
