Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements by interacting directly with clients to understand their functional and technical needs.
Collaborate with partner technology teams to deliver analytical solutions and meet business goals in a timely and accurate manner.
Translate business needs into clear technical solutions, integrating processes, business rules, and data to support organizational objectives.
Communicate technology solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
Proven experience in writing user stories and translating business needs into technical requirements.
Strong understanding of how to leverage technology appropriately to meet business objectives.
Hands-on experience with writing and executing SQL queries is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across various groups and levels of the organization.
