Junior Analyst – Managed Services

Support regulatory excellence through operational oversight and compliance insight

The Role
As a Junior Analyst within Capco’s Managed Services team, you will play a key role in supporting compliance, governance, and regulatory operations for leading financial institutions. You’ll work closely with internal control and compliance teams to help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to build foundational expertise in financial services regulation within a collaborative and fast-evolving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Review trade surveillance alerts and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders for investigation and resolution
  • Process and investigate personal account dealing and outside business activities
  • Maintain periodic watch and restricted list reporting across defined cycles
  • Support regulatory compliance testing and assist with FINRA registration and exam processes
  • Contribute to policy and procedure reviews, including updates and development of new processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–1 year of professional experience in financial services, compliance, or operations
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
  • Analytical thinking and sound judgment when assessing risk and compliance issues
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, CFTC, Federal Reserve)
  • ACAMS and/or SIE certification
  • Familiarity with compliance monitoring or trade surveillance tools
  • Experience supporting audits, controls testing, or reporting processes
  • Interest in financial regulation and governance frameworks
