Job Description:

Tria Federal is seeking a Jr./Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to support our federal client (Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services). This role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using modern engineering practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools 
  • Implement business logic using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes 
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) 
  • Participate in Copado-driven CI/CD pipelines including commits, promotions, and deployments 
  • Troubleshoot defects, support UAT, and resolve production issues 
  • Work with architects and senior developers on solution design and technical implementation 
  • Support data migration and transformation activities 
  • Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices 

Required Qualifications 

  • 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience 
  • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs 
  • Experience with declarative automation (Flows, Approval Processes) 
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Copado preferred, or similar) 
  • Experience with integrations and data migration tools 
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills 

Preferred 

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications 
  • Experience in Service Cloud / Experience Cloud 
  • Exposure to security scanning tools and DevSecOps practices 
  • Knowledge or experience of Agentforce and Data360 



Public Trust Clearance: This role will require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
