MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Under supervision, perform research on technology solutions in the market, provide IT technical support related to the creation and/or updating of documentation, procedures, and processes with a standard company layout, monitor/process and direct tickets in the queue, install and maintain hardware and software, provide guidance on backing up user data, and support internet, telephone, and security service teams in information technology initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or technical training in Information Technology or related fields;
• Prior experience in Information Technology (minimum 2 years);
• Knowledge of information technology;
• Experience in hardware assembly and maintenance;
• Intermediate knowledge of networks, access points, and their functionalities;
• Knowledge of technical English;
• Proficiency (minimum intermediate) in the MS Office suite and some web-based software programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 11 and its tools.
