Job Title: Regional Janitorial Manager

Location: Based out of Charlotte you will manage sites across Western & Central North Carolina (Travel Required)

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours Based on Site Needs

Compensation: $70K base salary + quarterly performance bonuses + vehicle


Overview:

Allegiance Industries is seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Janitorial Manager to lead multi-site operations across a designated territory. This individual will oversee day-to-day janitorial service delivery, manage site-level teams, and serve as the primary liaison for clients across locations. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational know-how, and a hands-on approach to driving service excellence and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead janitorial operations across multiple client sites within the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols are consistently met.
  • Manage work schedules, oversee supply inventories, and coordinate equipment needs to maintain optimal site performance.
  • Track and manage labor costs, supply usage, and overall budget adherence for each location.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across the territory.
  • Maintain open communication and regularly scheduled check-ins with clients to ensure contract satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Respond to service requests, complaints, or escalations with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Identify and propose value-added services, such as periodic floor care or specialty cleaning.
  • Recruit, hire, and train site supervisors and frontline janitorial staff.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and accountability to site-level managers to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
  • Conduct regular team check-ins, performance evaluations, and corrective action processes as needed.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, safety, and service excellence.
  • Prepare and submit payroll, timesheets, and scheduling reports accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, site-specific safety regulations, and local labor laws.
  • Document and report incidents, injuries, or site issues in accordance with company procedures.
  • Oversee adherence to site-specific client protocols and support internal audits or inspections as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in janitorial or facilities services management, preferably overseeing multiple sites or a large territory.
  • Proven experience managing hourly employees, site supervisors, and large-scale service operations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and site-specific challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic scheduling/reporting software.
  • Ability to analyze budget metrics, labor trends, and operational data to make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and company vehicle is provided transportation (frequent travel required).
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Availability to respond to site needs after regular business hours as needed.
