Responsibilities:

  • Active participation in the closing of IT positions;
  • Building relationships with candidates, keeping in touch with potential candidates via e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.;
  • Active Search: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
  • Reporting on the recruitment process: assistance in the preparation of weekly reports on vacancy status for the clients;
  • Maintenance of candidate base;
  • Market research.
