Our client is looking for an IT Recruiter to join their Human Resources team and support the expansion of their global IT operations. This organization operates within the technology services sector and has strengthened its international presence in recent years by delivering scalable solutions and building high-performing distributed teams.
The mission of this role is to successfully fill open positions requested by the Sales team, ensuring clients receive top-tier, high-performance technical talent. The Technical Recruiter will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and play a key role in sustaining a strong hiring pipeline aligned with business growth goals.
Identify and source qualified IT professionals using niche platforms and advanced search strategies
Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural alignment
Lead salary discussions and support offer negotiations
Follow up with new hires during their first three months to ensure smooth integration
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Shortlist high-quality candidates for various technical roles
Partner with IT leaders to anticipate hiring needs and workforce planning
Send personalized outreach messages to passive candidates
Maintain and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future openings
Attend industry events, conferences, and virtual meetups to expand candidate networks
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recruitment best practices
Promote the organization’s reputation as a forward-thinking and adaptable employer
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
At least 3+ years recruiting and interviewing IT profiles
Experience hiring roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, SREs, Architects, QA professionals, and similar
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Hands-on experience with multiple interview techniques
Ability to interpret technical job requirements and assess IT skill sets effectively
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or a related field
Fluent English, written and spoken
Experience recruiting for the US market is highly valued
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing, dynamic environments
Proven track record of achieving hiring targets (annual goal: 36 hires per year)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Strategic mindset with strong organizational skills
