We are seeking an organized and results-driven IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and software development projects. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional technical teams, manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and serve as the main point of contact between technical staff and key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead IT projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Resource & Schedule Planning: Define project scopes, create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), allocate technical resources, and set realistic milestones.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication with executive leaders, department heads, and vendor partners regarding project status, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Agile & Waterfall Facilitation: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile/Scrum environments) or traditional milestone reviews.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks, technical dependencies, and risk factors early, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Vendor & Third-Party Oversight: Manage external vendors, software partners, and contractors, ensuring contractual obligations and deliverables are met.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects (e.g., software development, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades).
  • Methodologies: Strong proficiency in Project Management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall).
  • PM Tools: Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or Confluence.
  • Leadership & Organization: Exceptional organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical background or hands-on experience in software engineering, system administration, or cybersecurity.
