- Person will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for the client's clinical and non-clinical projects
- Will identify and define business, functional and interface requirements
- Responsible for defining project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations and organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Will be responsible for collaborating with clinical, administrative and IT teams to gather requirements
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
- Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency in progress tracking

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment
- Excellent communication skills, including prior experience working with onshore healthcare clients
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, MS Office and familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and SDLC processes
- Solid orientation toward customer service and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Prior working experience with ServiceNow for project tracking and management
- Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Solid team-oriented skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams
