As the OCM & Communication Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizational change management initiatives and leading communication strategies within our IT programs. You will oversee a team of project specialists, ensuring that business requirements are effectively articulated and met. Your leadership will be crucial in driving program execution, fostering engagement, and ensuring smooth transitions within the organization.
As a crucial pillar of our dynamic and collaborative Project Management Office (PMO), you will align projects with strategic business objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of the SAP S/4 Transformation journey. You will articulate the vision, mission, and overarching goals of the SAP S/4 program, fostering alignment and shared understanding among stakeholders.
Travel: Occasional travel up to 20 % may be required for stakeholder engagement and training sessions.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizational Change Management: Lead and implement change management strategies that align with business goals, addressing resistance and fostering a culture of adaptability.
  • Communication Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that effectively convey program updates, changes, and initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a small team of project specialists across various areas of PMO expertise, fostering collaboration and achieving project objectives.
  • Program Execution: Ensure successful execution of IT programs, aligning them with business requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Training and Adoption Tracking: Lead initiatives for training and monitor adoption rates of new tools and processes to ensure effective implementation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business units, facilitating the understanding and articulation of their requirements to the project team.
  • Assessment and Adaptation: Exceptional skill in assessing team dynamics and individual capabilities, adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize performance.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6 or more years of IT program execution, with a strong background in leading organizational change initiatives
  • Previous experience as a people manager, demonstrating the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and engagement.
  • Excellent organization and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing competing demands.
  • A deep understanding of both business and IT environments, facilitating effective discussions and solutions.
  • Experience in developing training programs and tracking adoption of new systems and processes.

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge and practical experience using Signavio for business process modeling is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA projects, contributing to successful transformations and implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
  • A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
