    Our 6-month paid internship program has been developed to provide students with hands-on experience to learn more about the Healthcare industry and the impact to human and animal health. This internship program will provide you with professional development, networking and volunteer opportunities. You will learn about the Guiding Principles of our culture but most importantly, have the opportunity to become a key contributor in the future talent pipeline of Cencora.
    Start Date: June 2025
    End Date: December 2025
    Location: Remote or Hybrid
    Under general direction of the designated manager, you will assist with a variety of function-specific job assignments and contribute to the completion of established projects and initiatives.
    AS A PART OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TEAM, YOU WILL :
    • Walkthrough business and IT processes and documentation of these processes
    • Assist in collecting/analyzing business requirements for IT product design/development
    • Interview business/IT stakeholders and define problem statements and identify pain points
    • Contribute ideas to define new process and/or product initiatives
    • Participate in enterprise application development by applying one or multi technologies
    • Analyze and develop data model and integration for analytics prototype
    • Assist in project & product development lifecycle management
    • Test IT product and solution and validate results

    Currently enrolled in graduate school with an upcoming completion of degree in Information Technology related studies.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability and willingness to understand how technology works
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
  • Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook
