About the position

The Infrastructure Engineer will focus on provisioning, managing, and upgrading workloads, alongside configuring and supporting network Infrastructure for Keyfactor’s IT environments. You will also contribute to and lead internal projects that improve our global technology stance, and serve as an escalation resource for other members of the IT team, if necessary

Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT Infrastructure Projects related to Keyfactor Global IT systems
  • Provision, Manage, Maintain, & Upgrade internal IaaS & SaaS-based infrastructure & systems
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams on the deployment of infrastructure, setup of integrations between Keyfactor systems
  • Serve as escalation point for IT support team, when necessary
  • Collaborate alongside Compliance teams to ensure alignment with Keyfactor’s Security Frameworks (ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, and more)

Skills and Qualifications

  • The Infrastructure Engineer should have 6+ years of demonstrable previous experience working in a fast growing and global IT environment and should have 3+ years working directly with the provisioning, configuration, and administration of cloud workloads and network infrastructure.
  • Experience Provisioning, configuring, troubleshooting, and documenting core services in Microsoft Azure- Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, PaaS Databases
  • Experience operating in a high security environment and navigating compliance controls, aligning how they relate to technology application when building infrastructure
  • Excellent internal presence and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective time management, project management and prioritization skill
  • Effective at drafting documentation for systems & procedures, contributing to IT Knowledge Management
  • Experience configuring & supporting Microsoft 365 suite of products- Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Hybrid Authentication deployments (SAML, OAuth / OIDC)
  • Experience configuring, supporting end-user devices on the following operating systems- Windows 10 / 11, Mac OS, Red Hat & Ubuntu-based Linux
  • Experience designing, provisioning, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat & Ubuntu-based systems in Microsoft Azure- Network Configuration, integration with AD & Azure services, installation of assorted applications to meet business needs
  • Experience configuring, supporting MDM / RMM systems, including Intune, for device management- Including Device Configuration Profiles, Policies, and reporting
