We are looking for a IT End User Support Specialist with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and remote support to end users (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, standard banking applications)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory
- Handle user access requests, password resets, and security group assignments
- Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for escalations
- 1-3 years of relevant IT support experience
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Windows-based environments
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g. TeamViewer, RDP, etc.)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the banking sector will be considered a plus
