Leidos' Chief Information Office, within the Digital Modernization sector, is looking for an IT Contract Analyst with strong finance background to join our Corporate Business Operations team. Our team focuses on financial control, operations, and asset management for Digital & Information Office organizations. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for hardware, software, and professional services contract lifecycle and other procurement matters. You will perform various duties related to controlling the organization’s hardware, software, and service requirements from order placement through final delivery. You’ll coordinate with internal and external customers all while providing outstanding customer service.
Location: This position allows for full time telework from any U.S. based location.
Citizenship: US Citizenship is required.
In this role, you will be expected to:
Facilitate the purchase of original and/or renewals of hardware, software, professional service contracts and purchases .
Ensures compliance with company purchasing procedures and standards. Tracks quality throughout product and contract lifecycles.
Supports process improvement activities and participates, as needed, in requirements definition, testing and training for system changes related to the contract management process/tools.
Employs a broad range of procurement methodologies, including strategic sourcing, vendor-managed inventory, just-in-time ordering, and long-term contracting to support timely and efficient fulfillment of internal supply chain requirements.
Creates requisitions for hardware / software purchases and subsequent maintenance
Coordinates with management in utilizing asset management tools (Service Now, PowerBI, SharePoint) to create, analyze, review and track contract/purchase data.
Provides artifacts in Service Now for all hardware, software and professional service procurements.
Works with other team members and management staff regarding document control and configuration management use and processes
Supports the creation and maintenance of process documentation
Provides input for continual process improvement
Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor’s degree preferred with less than 2 years of experience or 1–3 years’ experience in contract management or customer-facing roles coordinating with internal/external stakeholders may be considered in lieu of degree.
Must have the interpersonal skills to effectively interact with budget owners, end users, leadership, and suppliers to coordinate the processing of purchase requests.
Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Office, Excel, Power Point.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow and Deltek Costpoint.
Demonstrated experience with the full acquisition lifecycle.
